Sheik Amiibo

I just got a Sheik Amiibo, and I've trained these things before. Link, Samus, Marth, Zelda, Pit, and Cpatain Falcon to be precise. When I got my first one, Marth, I looked up online that at some point during it's training, you're supposed to be playing against your FP as the same character it is. I had no problem with any of my other amiibos, as I pretty much knew all the basics to them, and even mained as most. But now I got Sheik, and I have no idea how to play as her. Can you guys either

A) Give me some pointers on how to main as Sheik so I can teach my Sheik Amiibo

B) Give me another option to train Sheik, like fighting it against a character similar to it
