Hello, I've noticed that there aren't very many tournaments around the Bay Area, so I'm trying to get one started. I'm able to book a venue at a relatively large theater, which has lots of seating, lights, big stages and projectors, and good audio to get the hype going. All I need is some confirmation on whether people would go or not because I don't want to get 3 people to play and never host a tourney again. The theater is in Moraga, which is 15 minutes outside of Walnut Creek, 30-45 out of SF, 20 out of Oakland, 20-30 out of Berkeley, and 45-60 outside of San Jose and Sacramento. It's be great if we could get some people that are interested in going because I feel that this will be a fun and super hype tournament. If you're interested in coming, post a comment below. We'd love to have you here! We'd also need some crts and some wiis/gamecubes with melee and it will be a bring your own controller event, but we will most likely have a limited amount of extras. There will also be the possibility of a cash prize provided enough people sign up.
