Setting Stage Select Images back to Brawl

Ok, I've modified my Project M SD card to where some of the stages from Brawl were put back. But I'm also trying to get the stage select icons to go back to vanilla Brawl. What files do I delete to make this work? I have already deleted the files for the stages in the module and stage folder. I have Brawl Box so if I can do it through that or just delete a file that would be helpful.

In case you are curious here are the stages I put back in.

• Distant Planet
• Green Green's
• Pokemon Stadium 2
• Yoshi's Island
• Skyworld
• Norfair
• Mario Circuit
• Bridge of Eldin

Also, another question. How do you change Castle Siege back, so that way the second stage is back in game?
