Welcome to Smash Fight Club! This is SFC15!
The Sm4sh Sunday weekly for Houston, Texas!

What is special about this SFC? The doubles event will be composed of RANDOMLY paired players! We will announce who gets paired with who one by one over the speaker, by pulling names out of a hat!
THE VENUE:
Kintech Houston
A local IT Support/Phone repair shop that is fully supportive of letting us come in and play Smash.
Store Hours: 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
(Stays open after hours for the tournament)
No outside food or drink allowed. (Besides water bottles)
Please be respectful of the venue and eat food outside.
Snacks and drinks are sold by the venue at a low rate. Also nearby the venue is a Subway, Whataburger, and more. However, to leave to get food mid bracket you MUST ask me first. Depending on the flow of the tournament you may be able to get food.
Schedule:
1:00 p.m. - The Smash United Team begins setting up
2:00 p.m. - 1v1 and randomly paired 2v2 Registration begins
3:00 p.m. - 2v2 Tournament pairings begin and bracket starts promptly after
4:30 p.m. - 1v1 Tournament begins
Event Fees
$5 1v1
$3 Random 2v2 side event
$7 Venue fee
(reduced to $2 for bringing a TV+Wii U+Sm4sh+GC Adapter with everything needed unlocked) Wii U must be updated to current format)
Venue fee is raised from previous SFC's due to Kintech electricity (AC) and extending store hours.
IMPORTANT
To qualify for the setup discount, and to not get turned away day of (12 setup cap)
Preregister the fact that you are bringing your setup in this Facebook event page

Neutrals:
- BattleField/Miiverse (meaning if you strike one, you strike both)
- Smashville
- Town and City
- Dreamland
- Final Destination
Counterpicks:
- Wuhu island
- Delfino plaza
- Skyloft
- Duck hunt
- Halberd
- Castle Siege
- Lylat Cruise
- Any omega stage (banning this also bans FD)
Stage Striking Order:
1-2-pick for starters and TWO bans for the winner after that for every game
3 stocks
8 minute time limit
Items set to "Off" and "None"
Team attack ON in doubles
Equipment is banned
Custom moves are banned
Pausing results in a stock loss, unless it is for the opposing player's controller malfunction.
(Same as previous SFCs)
