In previous Smash games, holding an attack button did the trick, but it seems they changed it. What is it now? Taunts didn't work from what i've seen.

I think you're supposed to press and hold one of the taunt buttons or hold c-stick in a certain direction to change your victory pose. Not entirely sure if this is true/still true or not.

O.O
You're saying it is (was) possible to change your victory animation?! Wow... this is something I need to try out as soon as I get the chance. It would definitely be cool if I could decide to have Shulk say "I can change the future" after I have had a comeback.

Basically, you have to hold down A + B simultaneously then input up, down left, right, down, down, on your control pad right after. It's simple enough.

Oh goody, I'd love to learn this.

Two of Zelda's victory poses are stupid lame (the fire in her hands and the prayer pose), while I adore the one where she looks to her side in casual arrogance, rolling her eyes.

Oh, and I'd keep going to Dark Pit's "Can't help but feel sorry for ya."

According to this gamefaqs thread it's the dpad now.

edit: But now that I test it, it's not working on the Wii U version, unless I'm not pressing at the right time or something.
edit2: Ok I got it to work. I'm pressing the direction on the D-pad right when the movements on the screen start to slow following the person's death (stock match). I'm using the left d-pad and am always getting the animation where Shulk puts the Monado on his back and puts one arm on his side.
