Smash Apprentice
I haven't seen a mention of Custom Robo characters for brawl, and frankly, it seems like a good idea. Ray Mk II(Ray O1 in English version, I think) was the default, and it could seem like a good choice. I did already vote for Lucario, but hey: Robots=Pwn.

A combo: After Whack, slide backwards and shoots Gattling Gun.
B: Charged shot. Can be canceled and charged again, in: Mewtwo Shadow Ball-like.

DownB: Leap and toss Pod onto ground. If you don't remember, pods were basically moving bombs.
^B:Leap upward and swipe with gun arm.
Dash Attack: Charge dash. All in way gets knocked into the air.
Nair: Spin around shooting.
Fair: Shoot gun straight forward.
Bair: Backwards kick.
Dair: Throw bomb to ground.
Utilt: Shoot upward.
Dtilt: Low kick.
Ftilt: Thrust with gun.
Usmash: Kick upward.
Fsmash: Brings gun in whack, in style of Samus.
Dsmash:Shoot down forward, and shoot down backwards.
Grab: Hook with gun hand and hold.
Grab Attack: Knee to side of opponent
Uthrow: Throws upward with gun, and shoots while they fall back down.
Fthrow: Knee forward and charge with shoulder.
Bthrow: Tosses enemy above head, leap above the enemy, and shoots them back down, with a "sliding effect."
Taunt: Salute with gun.
Kirby's Form: Head covered with helmet in the style of Ray O1.
