SD Card Loading Troubles

I've read many tutorials online but seem to consistently have the same problem. I've set up my SD Card for what seems to be correct, but whenever I hit versus my Wii hard freezes and makes a "IIIIIIII" sound continuously until I rip the power cord outside the back. I've set up a dropbox account to hopefully allow someone to figure out what I'm doing wrong. I've copied the exact contents of my SD Card over to the dropbox.

I am running a legal copy of Brawl as well as running from GeckOS in the Homebrew channel. Here's the link in case anyone would find it kind enough to help me. Thanks in advance!

Did you change anything other than those two or three portraits that I saw (I think it was on Mario and Captain Falcon)? What version of BrawlBox are you using? There was one version that couldn't compress files correctly and made them all freeze. Also, are you using any codes that modify your CSS?
