Character Idea: Scott Monroe
Game Seires: Red Steel
Platform(s): Wii

For those of you who don't know, Scott Monroe is the main character from Red Steel.

The game, although I truly enjoyed it, wasn't as well recieved as some hoped, however the character really seems like he could be not only a fun character to use, but a top tier character and an unexpected one for Brawl.

Scott has the ability in his game to punch, fire guns, and use a sword...all while wearing a business suit.

His different moves could be the different guns in the game, different sword moves, and the traditional punch and kick. More moves, probably creative ones, could also be used for Scott.

He really seems like he could be a cool character to use for Brawl, especially if Nintendo is still planning on Red Steel 2.

Why you were posessed to create a thread like this is beyond me.

No, Scott will never make it into Brawl. Scott will likely never even make it into a sequel to his own game.

TC from the infomation you have provided about this Scott person he doesn't seem like he would be a welcome addition to the brawl roaster. For one his use of guns would be not tolerated in Super Smash Brothers; Snake doesn't even use his gun weaponry.

Now I haven't played Red Steel, but I'm getting the impression that it was lackluster by some of the comments made. So I doubt he'd make an apperance.

What makes you think this gansta wannabe can be in Brawl anyway?
I know it's a long shot, but alot of chars suggested here are. I think he'd be a fun, high tier character to use. And even if he couldnt have his guns, traditionally, i am sure they could be altered to keep him a creative gun user/swordsman/physical attacker/agile player. He'd be so much fun to use!

Ubisoft needs to keep their mediocre game making @sses outta muh Brawl.
Rainbow Six, Ghost Recon, Prince of Persia, and Splinter Cell all say "hi".

Oh, and Assassin's Creed will be forwarding his response November 13th.

Your analogy is flawed for the simple facts that:

a) Ice Climber is actually considered to be a good, classic game.
b) Ice Climbers serve as retro reps.
c) Ice Climber was a first-party game, so there were far less stipulations in including a playable rep (or reps) from the game.

Not comparable at all.
