can be used for edgehogging, and turning around to bair. In rare occasions i've connected the SBCC in the air to a bair, so im sure comboing potential is there
As it can be started up and cancelled fairly quickly it's useful if you have some time, but it can still be punished.
On a situational factor of 1 to 10, 1 being spammalicious and 10 being gannon's up-tilt. I'd say 5 ish. It's useful in some situations, but alternatives cover some of it's uses. (IE Super Ultra Ninja Cookies)
