Anyone willing to record a vid where the crowd cheers for Wolf? I wanna use it. XP

You can activate it by having Wolf's percent in 100%+ and hit an enemy repeatedly hard.

I just figure to do it in the sound test. For some reason, the sound came out a bit scratchy, hope it helps.
