Hello and welcome to The Mind Game's Site Opening Cup. We're aspiring to push ourselves into the forefront of the competitive gaming scene. So we'd like to open some free tournaments for Smash 4 over the course of the weekends. There will of course be no prizes. Prize based tournaments will be at our venues. Pots usually range from 1 grand to 25 grand depending on the number of entrants. As always, we will be splitting all prize money between top 3. So without further ado, here are the rules, stages, and everything else. Each player will be using 3 neutral stages as opposed to 9 to speed things up. After that, the winner gets 1 strike out of all the available stages and the loser can then pick.

Rules: 2 stock/8 minutes/Omegaless (Omega stages are banned)
Neutral Stages: FD/BF/SV
CP: Skyloft/Kongo Jungle/Town and City/BF/FD/Dreamland
Process: Each player gets one strike out of the three neutral stages. During counter pick, the loser can chose 1 stage after the winner has stricken one of the stages. All games are Bo3 except G.F. which is best of 5.
Obviously if anyone has stream equipment, you guys are welcome to stream this. Good luck to all and to all a smashing tournament!
