I was never a fan of weather teams, but when a certain pokemon was brought back to my attention, I went all out to make a good sandstorm team to make this work out.

Team at a glance

Team Overview

Tyranitar @ Focus Sash
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 240 HP/36 Atk/184 SDef/48 Spe
Careful nature
- Taunt
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder
- Crunch

My own tar on Leadtar. Gets Sandstorm up, can Taunt slower leads. I also use it to set up SR when optimal. Crunch and Thunder have some half-***** coverage on leads. Not much to say here.

Latias@ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature
- Draco Meteor
- Surf
- Thunderbolt
- Recover

Special sweeper and coves a couple of holes in weaknesses and fires Meteors, blasts of electricity from the sky, and Tsunamis at all that oppose it. Except Blissy.
Used to be Alakazam at one point, using him moslty because he dropped to UU and I felt like using him after that. Since I got owned by the #1 most used Pokemon in the Scene, I dropped him for something that can take a whole hit and still deal roughly the same damage.

Cradily@ Leftovers
Ability: Suction Cups
EVs: 252 HP/60 Atk/100 Def/96 SDef
Careful nature
- Curse
- Recover
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide

Tank/Physical Sweeper/Cancer/Sunflora/Octillary Hybrid. I laugh as they send out their Forretress to Spike things up as I Curse 4 to 6 times then land some serious damage on their team as they fail to Roar me out because nobody even knows who the **** Cradily is. Dily sets up on anything with Bulk > Power without Toxic. Dily loves absorbing Paralysis and Normal Posion seeing as it would rather have those statuses than Toxic or Burn. In Standstorm, if Dily gets 4 Curses, your options are virtually down to Burn, Toxic, Tricking CHoice Items and anything with 130 Slapped in an attacking stat to finish it off.

Aggron@ Life Orb
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 252 Atk/248 Spd/9 SDef
Adamant nature
- Rock Polish
- Head Smash
- Aqua Tail
- Earthquake

I've been a huge fan of Aggron since he got Head Smash. Its like saying "OK, you can hit like CB Rampardos' Stone Edge with no downsides". So no longer am I hitting with the worst move in the game, with Rock Head, I'm hitting with the worst move in the game + 30 BP! Well, back to the set. Of all the Aggron sets, Rock Polish is just the most useful period. Rock Polish gives Aggron enough speed to outpace 130s, +Spe Scarfers up to base 70, and up to Base 81s with Neutral. POLISH, HIT, AND SHINE.

Gliscor@ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spd
Jolly nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Fire Fang
- Swords Dance

Gliscor > Garchomp. Regardless of whether I get to use Swords Dance, Sand Veil makes it so I can deal out some damage more often than not.

Ludicolo@ Leftovers
Ability: Rain Dish
EVs: 252 HP/40 SAtk/216 SDef
Calm nature
- Rain Dance
- Surf
- Counter
- Protect

Ludicolo can come in and stop the sand if its causing more harm than help. This set has been extremely useful in the past, seeing as Ludicolo has a more exploitable Defense, Counter Normally manages to kill something, but I'm starting to get more specially oriented switch ins to Sponge and set-up rather than to kill. Also, I big problem here is that I'm lacking a Grass move, which makes several pokemon wall me, but again, Counter prevents Physical Sweepers from easily striking Ludicolo down

I like to make my posts look pretty hurrr

Well, here's my rate.

Tyranitar: What's Focus Sash doing on him? I think that you could use something such as a Lum Berry, for those Smeargle / Roserade leads (maybe even Uxie, who's getting more popular and Swampert, who has just gotten Yawn in HG/SS, if anyone'll use it.) I also don't think that you're fast enough in order to make use of Taunt. I think that you could make him a set like.. SR / Pursuit / Stone Edge / Fire Blast @ Lum Berry, which would also help you against stall, which you have immense trouble with.

Latias: Looks good. I would go with HP Fire somewhere, so that you have a way to hit Scizor for SE, which you currently don't.

Cradily: I really love Cradily. I might suggest a spread like 252 HP / 252 SpD, but your current spread doesn't look too bad. I would probably consider a Curse Swampert over this, to provide useful resistances for your team.

Aggron: Aggron's cool, but IMO, the CB set is more threatening.

Gliscor: I would HIGHLY suggest that you change this set so that you have an answer to stall, and a better check to Lucario.

Gliscor @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 40 Defense / 216 Speed
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Sand Veil
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Taunt
- Roost

This set kills two birds (two VERY dangerous birds) with one stone. It will help you against stall, which is a huge threat to you as it stands. Secondly, it gives you a more reliable check to SD Lucario, which could be very threatening as it stands.

Lucidolo: I don't think that Ludicolo does much for your team, at all. I think that something like a Celebi would do better.

Overall, pretty good.

Fast enough to taunt Swampert, which is popping up in insane numbers recently. And yea, I probably should go Lum Berry. Sleep from particularly Uxie has been very annoying.

Latias: Looks good. I would go with HP Fire somewhere, so that you have a way to hit Scizor for SE, which you currently don't.

Tis why I had Fire Fang on Gliscor

Cursedily is better, has SS SpD boost, while Swampy just amplifies an already exsisting Grass Weakness. Not only that, Cradily Can't be roared.

Aggron: Aggron's cool, but IMO, the CB set is more threatening.

No its not :V

Losing Fire Fang makes me cry, it works better on Gliscor than HP Fire on Latias. I'm thinking I could switch out Taunt for FF then try it out. I need that FF, like, a lot hehe.

Lucidolo: I don't think that Ludicolo does much for your team, at all. I think that something like a Celebi would do better.

I've never been a fan of Celebi. I like Ludicolo because hes one of the more effecient counterers around, seeing as he can fire off a Counter, and Lefties/Rain Dish normally get me back up to pace. He worked very well at what he did, but alas, I admit, I need a grass move and a way to fit it on a set that just as effecient as this, think Celebi could do that for me?

Overall, pretty good.

Tyranitar: Well, if your only objective is Taunting Swampert, then there's probably more effective ways of beating him.

Latias: Well, if you change your Gliscor, which I STRONGLY recommend because stall currently tools you, then you should go HP Fire.

Cradily: Trust me, your Grass weakness is no where near as bad as your Water weakness. It's just an opinion, but I think that you would benefit more from a RestTalkCurse Pert, who could also absorb status for your team.

Aggron: I think it is, and would probably help you more vs. stall, but okay.

Gliscor: Stall is probably your biggest threat right now, as you have no dedicated wall breakers, and being pretty susceptible to entry hazards. I strongly think that running HP Fire on Latias and that Taunt Gliscor set would help you, immensely.

Ludicolo: I think that Celebi would do great for you. I would probably suggest a defensive Leech Seed set, but that's just me. Maybe even a Tentacruel for Toxic Spikes / Rapid Spin, who could provide good support for Cradily.

I could theoretically invest in enough SpA and run SR/HP Grass/Fire Punch/Crunch, while deminishing in Bulk, it would cover the exact same things Taunt is doing, and Ironically HP Grass beats Aero like Thunder does, and probably beats a few things better

I'm sorry, the fact that Cradily just-so-happens to be able to set-up on everything that fires off a Water-type attack now-a-days and the fact it cant be roared must have gone right through your ears. Swampert, Suicune, Empoleon, hell, even Vappy and Gyarados more times than not are set-up fodder and can't kill Cradily AT ALL without Toxic. Just saying.

Aggron: I think it is, and would probably help you more vs. stall, but okay.

The goal here is to Rock Polish then hope you can OHKO whatever the hell comes in with that giant Head Smash and decent EQ. Also, I'd like to get suggestions on what to replace Aqua Tail with. Aqua Tail DOES NOT beat bulky grounds, AT ALL. So instead of even trying, I should go for something I can actually get type coverage with.

Gliscor: Stall is probably your biggest threat right now, as you have no dedicated wall breakers, and being pretty susceptible to entry hazards. I strongly think that running HP Fire on Latias and that Taunt Gliscor set would help you, immensely.

I'll try it then. I find it funny seeing how stall could cause so many problems simply because of the annoying nature of half my team.

Ludicolo: I think that Celebi would do great for you. I would probably suggest a defensive Leech Seed set, but that's just me.

How does this look?
Celebi@Leftovers
Bold/Natural Cure
252 HP / 220 Def / 36 Spe
Leech Seed
Grass Knot
Recover
HP Fire

I keep my Scizor coverage without Sacrificing Latias' coverage, and I can get Stallbreaker Gliscor, seem cool?
Again with there shenanigains

Tyranitar: Fine by me.

Latias: Mhmm.

Cradily: I know what Cradily does, from personal experience. The thing is, with your current team, 4 of your Pokes are hit SE with Ice, and Swampert will ease this. Also, any Taunt Gyarados will beat you, and almost every Vaporeon carries Toxic. It's also a huge reality that your Cradily will get poisoined via Toxic Spikes, because you don't do much to stop it. If you REALLY don't want to switch him, I would atleast suggest a slightly bulker spread; such as 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD, or something.

Aggron: I do strongly believe that CB Aggron is his most viable shot in OU. If you don't want to use that, I would probably replace this with an Agility Metagross, who does what RP Aggron does better.

Gliscor: That's stall for you, haha.

Celebi: Looks good, but beware of your Ice weakness.

Turns out TTar just misses the KO with HP Grass at his peak Special Attack.
He keeps his current set, I guess.

If you are going to run Aggron, use Stall breaker Gliscor. With U-turn and a pokemon setting it up that no one would dare send in a physical attack that relies on Earthquake or fighting moves you can easily set up Aggron with U-turn against an appropriate pokemon.
