samus v.s. ganondorf help plz

hey i play alot with my friend who constantly uses ganondorf i try to keep distance and just do missles and stuff to distract him then go in for a blow but when im getting edge gaurded i cannot find a way to get back on he will either do that punch that shoots u down or when i try to drop lower and use my grab recovery on the side he just jumps down and spikes me any ideas? i try to sorta confuse him by using my mines and hop back and forth sorta but doesnt really work

well theres alot of recovers for samus. first of all, are you doing the advance techniques like shffling, upb out of shield, short hop sex kick out of shield, using missle cancels instead of standing missles. the way i play against characters who don't have projectiles or reflectors is I do many short hops and shoot smash missles, and as they come they will most likely go for an air attack. so when they're close enough do a uair then fair then l cancel that to a downsmash. that usually works unless they float out of it. but many other times when they jump, a sex kick from samus will usually take him out easily. Recover for samus. bomb jumping then shoot a missle equal to the platform. or try hooking the lower wall then wall jumping to up b/bair, it's extremely fast and hard to catch. If you're dropping high from the stage and you're still off of it try shooting homing missles. or get a charged shot. anyone who charges a smash knowing you'll go there you can just shoot one of those at them.

Umm, Ganons only good fast attacks are air attacks. So when he jumps wavedash backwords and hit him out of his lag.

This is also known as spacing.
