Same Controllers? Same Accessories ?

Sorry another post. But for some reason when i click the 'search' button my internet times out.
Oh well

But does the Nintendo Wii PAL and Nintendo Wii NTSC (JP and US), use the same controllers? memory card? sensor bars? do they both fit the original gamecube controllers?

Are they the exact same except for the region?
