Hi everyone! I've been making some interesting research about this topic, but I couldn't understand some facts from this mechanic. I can't understand this: According to ssbwiki, in smash 4 for attack moves that use this special knockback (Sakurai Angle), the low-knockback angle is 0° and the high-knockback angles is 40°, but, does it have any sort of relation to the current percent? For example, if Diddy gets hit by Marth's f-smash at 5% (non-tipper), which angle should result for this case? At what percentage the low-knockback changes to high-knockback?

Essentially the more damage an opponent takes the closer the sakurai angle gets to 40 degrees. The higher the percentage the greater the knockback hough this also is dependent on the moves base knockback and their sweet and sourspots. So for diddy getting git by a nontipper marth fsmash? I'd say almost certainly 0 to 1 degrees of angle due to sourspot but once you get diddy to a certain percentage then the odds of the angle being 40 degrees starts approaching 100%. There's just so many variables that trying to explain them all would take too long and be too hard which is why this topic hasn't been commented on.
