Safety on shield post shield stun?

I remember the safety on shield for a lot of moves were posted somewhere on this forums.

Could anyone direct me to where it was posted?

It could be either the Shields in 1.1.1 or the Mechanics and Techniques thread, but it's more of a Formula instead of a list.
In any case, it's better to ask anywhere instead of making new threads.
