Smash 3DS Run speed comparisons. (Demo)

EDIT: a new stage has been used for comparison.

If you have the Japan version and would like to contribute speeds, I will edit it and change it!!!

The time it takes for each character to get across the Sandbag practice stage.
Mario = 2.05 seconds
Megaman = 2.50 seconds
Villager = 2.80 seconds
Pikachu = 1.90 seconds
Link = 2.50 seconds

Overall Records

1. Pikachu
2. Mario
3. Link/Megaman
4. Villager

Also please note the time was taken by my phone's stopwatch. These are not exact, this may be wrong.

Record the footage on video.
Replay the footage and pause it when they reach the other side.
Write down the time mark that the video is at.

Or you could record the times 3 or 5 times on your stopwatch and take the average time.

I don't really have a way to record it. Unless I wanted to hold my phone over top of the 3DS, which would be just as hard as this.

Is Link faster than Mario then ? Im pretty sure Mario is one of the fastest in the Demo

I'll redo the times later when I'm free. Just to make sure it's exact, and I'll do it on the practice stage with the sandbag.
