Ok well here's my first shot. Until I begin to learn a little more about weaknesses and the current metagame, I can't give you more then a general picture of what I was thinking.

Nature: Adamant

Any particular reason for the EV spread? Also for the item I would go with leftovers. Other than that, it's fine.

2. Milotic (Bulky Water/Sleep Support)
~ Hypnosis
~ Recover
~ Surf
~ Ice Beam
Nature: Bold
Ability: Marvel Scale
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 148 HP / 252 Def / 108 SpA
Assuming you have a reason for the EV spread it looks fine.

3. Gengar (Sweeper/Versatile/Awesome?)
~ Shadow Ball
~ Thunderbolt
~ Focus Blast
~ HP Fire
Nature: Timid
Ability: Levitate
Item: Life Orb
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Personally I don't like focus blast because it's unreliable, but that's just me.:) Looks fine.

4. Scizor (Sweeper)
~ Swords Dance
~ Bullet Punch
~ Brick Break
~ Roost
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Technician
Item: Life Orb
EVs: 32 HP / 252 Atk / 224 Spe
Pretty typical. But that's ok!:)

5. Blissey (Special Wall)
~ Wish
~ Softboiled
~ Ice Beam
~ Seismic Toss
Nature: Calm
Ability: Natural Cure
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 252 Def / 80 SpA / 176 SpD
Wish and softboiled? Ice beam and seismic toss? Go with softboiled and pick one of the two attacks, then add aromatherapy and toxic.

6. Heatran (Revenge Killer)
~ Fire Blast
~ Earth Power
~ Explosion
~ HP Ice
Nature: Naive
Ability: Flash Fire
Item: Choice Scarf
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Looks ok.

Overall: Pretty generic team. When I looked for huge weaknesses to common pokemon, I didn't find any so that's good. Just don't let TTar get a rock polish. I kind of feel like swampert can wall a lot of your team, so just be cautious.

Not bad. This carries some surprise that it is not a trick-scarf lead, and surprise is never a bad thing.

2. Milotic (Bulky Water/Sleep Support)
~ Hypnosis
~ Recover
~ Surf
~ Ice Beam
Nature: Bold
Ability: Marvel Scale
Item: Leftovers

Like

3. Gengar (Sweeper/Versatile/Awesome?)
~ Shadow Ball
~ Thunderbolt
~ Focus Blast
~ HP Fire
Nature: Timid
Ability: Levitate
Item: Life Orb
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

4. Scizor (Sweeper)
~ Swords Dance
~ Bullet Punch
~ Brick Break
~ Roost
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Technician
Item: Life Orb
EVs: 32 HP / 252 Atk / 224 Spe
Good

5. Blissey (Special Wall)
~ Wish
~ Softboiled
~ Ice Beam
~ Seismic Toss
Nature: Calm
Ability: Natural Cure
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 252 Def / 80 SpA / 176 SpD
Eh? I guess this can also work

6. Heatran (Revenge Killer)
~ Fire Blast
~ Earth Power
~ Explosion
~ HP Ice
Nature: Naive
Ability: Flash Fire
Item: Choice Scarf
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

This team is surprisingly good to me, no major defensive hole, I give this a solid B. ^^

Well I definitely changed that Blissey, and I'm thinking about what to do with Gengar. And thanks for the advice and compliments!

I wouldn't have changed Blissey. WishBliss is predictable, it's easy to set up on and usually easy to beat since it takes extra time to heal. Wish+Softboiled Blissey isn't going anywhere anytime soon, it's a much better wall. Ice Beam on the other hand wont be hurting much other than salamence anytime soon, and you have Milotic for that. Either move to Toxic so you can beat Hippowdon and bulky waters or something like aromatherapy or Twave for team support.

Yeah, it's a better wall unless someone throws in infernape and punches it right in the egg pouch.:chuckle:

Eh, I don't think it's necessary. Wish isn't all that helpful w/o protect.

Duh? Anything with STAB close combat is going to beat it, that's not really something that needs to be said. There's no changes you can make to blissey to make it survive STAB physical fighting moves.

I don't think most people understand the reasoning of having Blissey with Wish+Softboiled. Wish is not a move to help Blissey wall longer, it's a support move for the rest of the team. The idea is to be able to heal yourself constantly as well as give healing support to the rest of your team.

You might want to consider a couple extra speed evs on Metagross to outspeed pokemon that ev themselves to just outrun standard Metagross, because it's a pretty common lead.

I gave Blissey a Chople Berry once when I was in dire need of a way to cripple fighting types with paralysis, which crippled them and stopped their chances of sweeping(most expect a switch so may stat-up or a different attack). There is always reflect support also.

Metagross starter is very standard: very few other starters beat it, but I would consider Meteor Mash over Explosion or EQ so that you can actually beat azelf and have a primary damaging move.

I have more but I'm being rushed for easter._.'

short things:

Toxic Seismic Toss Wish Protect Blissey, if Blissey at all

Nono for Hypnosis

Dragon Pulse>HP Ice on Heatran

Protect>Thunderbolt on Gengar(lets you see if Scizor trys to B-Punch you or Pursuit, and you need help with Scizor as it gives you trouble).
