NOTE: I'm not sure of the EV's of this team, all of them are maxed out except Mewtwo.

Infernape @ Wide Lens
Ability: Blaze
Relaxed nature
moves:
Flamethower
Focus Blast
Stone Edge
Earthquake

Mixed Sweeper, depends on Pokemon on the other side if Infernape goes first.

Dialga @ Adamant Orb
Ability: Pressure
Hardy nature
moves:
Flash Cannon
Ice Beam
Earth Power
Roar of Time

Special sweeper, almost always used first.

Luxray @ Expert Belt
Ability: Intimidate
Rash nature
moves:
Iron Tail
Thunderbolt
Protect
Crunch

It's sort of a wall sweeper with Protect used every other turn. In double battle, for earthquake combo. usually does not go first.

Mewtwo @ Wise Glasses
Ability: Pressure
Adamant nature
moves:
Psychic
Ice Beam
Thunder
Shadow Ball

Special sweeper, almost always goes first.

Drapion @ Muscle Band
Ability: Battle Armor
Lonely Nature
moves:
Crunch
Poison Jab
Swords Dance
Rock Slide

Physical sweeper, depends on situation for its order.

Feraligatr @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
Brave nature
moves:
Aqua Tail
Brick Break
Avalanche
Earthquake

Physcial sweeper, depends on situation for its order.

I'm covered for many situations, but have glaring weakness to ground attacks.
I'm thinking about switching Luxray with a Zapdos, giving a Quick Claw to Dialga, and a choice item for Infernape.

Feel free to discuss any other changes.

No Ubers for Standard environment battles. Also, your other Pokes such as Feraligatr and Luxray are useless in Uber environment battles. No EVs is ALWAYS a problem. If you don't know your EVs, you might as well rebreed all of your Pokemon and make a new RMT. Problems noted right off the bat:

Infernape should never use EQ because of it's redundant coverage with Close Combat... or in your case Focus Blast. CC is better than FB for accuracy reasons.

Flash Cannon is a horrible move for it's lame coverage. Hyper Beam-style moves should never be used except by Porygon-Z.

Luxray does next to nothing, and is overhyped by noobs for it's effectiveness.

Mewtwo should never use Psychic, because no Uber is ever weak to Psychic attacks. Except for Fighting-type Arceus... and Arceus is sometimes banned from Ubers.

Drapion is alright, just change the item to Black Sludge and rebreed for a better Nature. The attacks are better off with your own personal opinion.

Feraligatr needs a Jolly or Adamant Nature, possibly a better item if you want, DD over Brick Break, Ice Punch over Avalanche, and you're set.

Now you just need to work with type coverage and resistances/immunities. Normally, I wouldn't rate a team like this, but it looks like you put in some effort into reading the stickies. So there you go.
