Roy's Pre-3.0 Taunt

I was watching the old Roy Turbo Tuesday video, (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w36i1LkbvYM) and I noticed that Roy had a different taunt. It's at 57, right after he kills Zelda.
I kinda like it, I wonder why it was replaced?

Are we sure it isn't a Smash taunt? Or maybe you taunt during Double-Edged dance or something, that'd be cool.

Hm, it looks kinda like Ike's Downsmash. Maybe I should try spamming taunts while I DED...
EDIT: I think it was his side taunt, as he uses his old taunt and his up taunt throughout the video. At 1:14 you can see him use it with his up and down taunt.

That's the taunt that went along with this older Roy psa. They probably opted for something else.

Most of our videos have a disclaimer along with them stating that the game footage is not final and is subject to change. Our art team has full creative control over aesthetic things such as taunts, graphic effects, win poses, etc. etc. and they decided to go with something else.

That's based on his own critical hit animation from his game when using the Sword of Seals. While I like it, I think his Eliwood taunt is better/a cooler reference. Maybe replace his 僕は負けない taunt with it, or just use the animation and keep the lines.
