Roy Tech Skill

I have found out that every character uses tech skill obviously


some thing would be how well you can wave dash
Fast DashDance
Turn around flare blades
ledge hopping
SHFFLing FAST

and stuff like that


I havwe been working on this stuff and I have finally found the real power of Roy

That stuff is like... basic technical skill. There's nothing impressive about it because that's pretty much the bare minimum you need to be able to do to have a viable Roy.
