Roy sound effects in 3.5

They happen when a roy is playing. usually triggered by dancing blade and it doesnt stop for the rest of the match. any help?

Sounds like neutral b, then if the neutral b sound were played in reverse.

i would try redownloading the game to your sd card. ive never had this happen and i basically main roy.
