Marth is way better then Roy. the counter is nealy identical except for some slight timing. Marth jumping while upB? To many, "special" pancakes for you.

It's a half second differnce so yes they are nearly identical both in damge, stun and timing. It depeds on the your preference really and what you get used to. Plus Marth looks cooler .

Roy has an advantage n strength I'd say. I can't really see him being better in any other places other then damage. Then again I havn't seen any decent Roys.

Sorry I didn't know didn't mean to get your panties in abunch. I don't use second rate characters. If I'm going to use a, "good" chracter, I'm going to use Marth. he's faster, combos are longer, and his combo's are much more clean. Roy is clunky, and his Fire blade or whatever it is is terrible compared to the dolphin slash.

I'm going to delete that other post seeing as I said what I wanted to here, I was cut short in computers before I could post my reasoning.
