Roy and Mewtwo Corrupted

So I've playing PM on my SD card for a while, and I've gone so far as to modify music and character skins. But recently when I pick Roy, the announcer will call out Pokemon Trainer, and Mewtwo will be Fighting Allow Team. Also, all of Roy's moves and taunts play Duon's sound files which make sense, but Mewtwo doesn't play any and his side taunt works perfectly.
I'll reformat my SD card later(which usually fixes and problems present) but I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

Format your SD card and recopy. This happened to me before. Also you might have deleted the sfx of Roy and Mewtwo when replacing files or something.

Put the Hook type on VBI also make sure your SD card is fat 32

I'll test it out as soon as i can but other than that, i think that would probably the problem

That didn't work either, something must have gotten switched around in the file placers, but no matter, I'll be updating to 3.5 so i can kiss corruption goodbye
