Rotating Stage Textures

There are many different textures I'd like to use for stages like Battlefield and Smashville, and I've seen some tourneys that feature hacked versions of Brawl where the textures are randomly selected every time the stage is chosen. How does one go about doing this? I use Gecko OS.

P.S. Is this related to the differing versions of Mushroomy Kingdom/Shadow Moses Island/Spear Pillar?

This is a bump for new pertinent information. I've discovered something called an Alternate Stage Loader code. Can anyone tell me how to use it/where to put the hex data and such?
