Rosalina struggles against characters that can get rid of luma in every chance, avoid being juggled and can combo her quickly when luma is gone. So idealy the main one i think of is Sheik (Bouncing fish avoids juggles, Luma can die to her smashes and fair combos are easy). But, there are others, ZSS has a lot of those same abilities as sheik as long as ZSS gets a grab. So rosalina loses that matchup too. Now what rosalina does do strongly is beat the living hell out of chractacters who are projectile based since her down b will handle it with ease, so ness and luigi will be beaten. Pikachu has a hard time getting luma out of the way since his tools are all laggy or not strong to kill luma, so he would literally have find a chance to combo luma which they're not many. Mario and Captain Falcon can get juggled the hell out of him with no real landing options, though they can combo before they get juggle. Captain falcon is better against rosalina since he can atleast falcon kick though it is laggy and can get regrabbed but can combo to kill unlike mario (unless he spikes). Diddy can kill luma but and can get grabs easily but it's still a hard matchup with just what rosalina does. Yoshi can possibly be really good but idk the priority of Yoshis down b but get a can luma quite easily DLC characters haven't been explored enough, but i think Ryu wins since he has combo game and can kill early (luma AND rosalina), Roy should win with simple combos to kill luma and then can get a combo string quickly and has a combo throw, Lucas my guess loses since it'll be hard for him to get down with his floatiness and just his combos are hard to string.
