Rosalina needs a nerf

Rosalina is powerful, there's no denying that. The sheer utility of her puppet mechanic is too flexible to be outright bad.
But I wouldn't call her broken. What she does have is an excellent set of tools, most obviously Luma but also her tilts and aerials, which have massive range, and Gravitational Pull to give the middle finger to projectile camping and force people to approach. But without Luma her damage and kill potential are very reduced. She can still play a good defensive game without it, but spacing tilts only gets you so far when SoRo has usmash and basically nothing else to kill with.
I've found that I struggle online when I'm up against people that seize opportunties to hit Luma away, or else when I'm sloppy with my own Luma use and place it somewhere it can't help. It's true that Rosalina doesn't fall apart without Luma like Popo does without Nana, and it does respawn after a short time, but a lot of her utility, and thus her power, stems from Luma. That implies to me that learning how to deal with Luma is key to beating Rosalina.
tl;dr Respect Luma, otherwise Rosalina will walk all over you.

I think you're forgetting the fact that Rosalina is a tall fighter, and the Luma is her key to clobbering opponents hard. Contain the Luma, and Rosalina's combat options take a tumble for a while.
Yes, Rosalina can be very good in the right hands, but she'll never be anything like Brawl Meta Knight.
Ahah nah, your point is the most accurate in this thread lol
But the comparison between Brawl MK and Rosie&Luma is just dumb.
