Our baby got buffed up some more in the new 3.1 update! I’m curious what are people’s opinions on this?

Rosalina buffs!

Hi Loochie, we have a patch discussion thread that's super active. I'd recommend heading over there. The Rosalina character board might be solid too, if you're looking for specifically Rosa discussion. But I'd honestly recommend both lol.
We try to keep individual threads from being posted post-patches, since there are so many characters to be discussed. It'd fill the forum up in a heartbeat.
I'm locking this thread, but enjoy the talks in the patch discussion thread! Or the Rosalina board. Or both! :D
Edit: The patch thread is in ultimate competitive, woops. Forgot to mention that.
