That actually seems to be one saving grace of the amiibos! They are NOT region locked so I've already seen several people who just want to unbox'em and play, taking to importing the rarer ones from other countries.

If you don't mind paying a little extra because of currency exchange/shipping- last I checked, Rosalina was still available at these places:
