Ronaldinho comes to Smash 4?

As I'm sure you all know, a ballot was opened to add a player into smash 4. The only restriction is that the character has to have appeared in a game that was released on a Nintendo platform.
In Februrary of 2005, FIFA Street was released for GameCube. My question is: Would it would be possible to vote Ronaldinho (Futbol/Soccer legend and the man on the box art for Fifa street) in the ballot for the next character in Smash bros? If so, can we get this trending to get him in the runnings?
