ROM Hacking, and what could possibly be the next Project M

Me and some friends are professionally putting together a team to ROM Hack Super Smash Brothers For The Nintendo 3DS.

Is this real? Or a hoax to get attention?
I can assure this is real, and a POC can be expected soon.

Sadly, I only know parts of it in the Wii U. Like .sarc files are sometimes Yaz0 compressed into .szs files. If i am correct, this could work also on 3ds. I do not know how to hack the 3ds stuff, but that is what I can remember.

I just know that part. I don't know how to extract it. I only hack project M, but the extracting style may be the same as hacking Mario Kart Wii
