Hello! I'm Celrok production, a youtuber and SSB4 player, A.K.A The For Glory's TERROR. I post this because I have something to share with you (even if the most part of you will know about what I will talk).
Like you surely know, the RCG (Roll-Cancel-Grab) that exist since the very first version of SSB4, allow you to cancel a roll by a grab. I've made a COMPLETE analyze of this mechanic in my last video with all you need to know about the RCG (with some extra informations on ancient mechanic that works with only some specific character, especially about Greninja and the trailer of my new Captain Falcon Compilation. You really should see it its... oml). Here is the link:

After you'll have seen this, I would like to know if some of you THINK that its a possible that the RCG can be usefull in competitive SSB4 gameplay. I think that its possible but I really want to know what do you think about that.

Enjoy the record and have fun!^^

Hello, and welcome to Smashboards!
Roll Cancel Grab is a very well-known technique, and it's pivotal for some characters like Robin that REALLY benefit from that extra bit of range.

That being said, we have the Mechanics and Techniques Discussion Thread, in which individual techniques are discussed as a whole, instead of one thread for every single "discovery", so next time please direct discussion there.
