Feel free to criticise. Unorthodox team. Nothing to stop water, ice, etc.

Lead with Scizor no item, use Thief to steal Lefties or Sash. If a Fire type leads, send in Heatran. I've encountered the scenario a million times. Zard Y lead, switch to Tran. Incoming Flamethrower or WoW. Flash Fire Boost + Sun = Guaranteed 2HKO. Does about 70% cleanly. If Zard Y doesn't run Focus Miss, which apparently they don't, he cannot hurt Heatran at all unless it runs EQ for reasons. A lot of Garchomps also fall victim to Trans HP Ice.

After a WoW from Zard X, Scolipede can live everything. Hidden counter to Azumarill even without WoW. It can switch in. But only once I guess. And if you want to run Poison Jab, it OKHO's after an SD. And Scoli always can make use of BP in case he knows he can't win 1v1.

Scoli can live unboosted Brave Bird from Talonflame at full, btw. Scoli also learns Rockslide. So think about that!

So yeah, that's pretty much how this team works.

Good team idea, but why did the site alert me to this?

I don't like Thief in this metagame and I think it's a waste of a move-slot. If you want to be taking away items and using a utility Scizor, I'd much rather see Knock Off rather than Thief. Have your own Lefties if that's what you want. Yeah, it doesn't get the Technician boost, but whatever. Or, use Mega Scizor for the insane defenses.

I think if you want to have a specially defensive wall I'd really really suggest you switch up the roles of Heatran and Charizard X (or change Charizard over to Y and keep Heatran specially defensive). They each do the other job better, and gimmicky/unconventional sets are not going to work very well compared to more optimal sets beyond a certain level.

In fact, a good Physical wall can pretty much break your team. I'd suggest another look at major P. Defensive walls like Mandibuzz, Gliscor, Skarmory, and TTar Mega, and switching Zygarde out for something more specially offensive like a good Calm Mind user such as Lati@s.

In general the team suffers from easily fixable problems: too many Physical attackers, no good answers to certain types (you pointed those out yourself), and suboptimal use of certain Pokemon and moves much better suited to other roles or with just far superior options (like Knock-Off > Thief).

Hit me up any time on Showdown (or PM me) if you want to battle and get advice on team building!
