a pretty good wall i use it mainly for the BP and ML combo so i can throw a poke that can take out the opponents poke, toxic comes in handy from time to time and sand attack has proved to be useful sometimes

Arcanine
nature: adamant
item: life orb
ability: intimidate
moves:
agility
crunch
extremespeed

this one is in the team mainly cause of his ability and is a good physical sweeper with agility and life orb

Forretress
nature: impish
item: leftovers
ability: sturdy
move:
mirror shot
stealth rock
spikes
rapid spin

this one and magnezone are in because of the overused zongs and skarmories with magnezone i take out skarm or zong and then use rapid spin with forretress

Gengar
nature: timid
item: wide lens
ability: levitate
moves:
thunder

shadow ball
hypnosis

my best special sweeper plus the wide lens+hypnosis combo pwns

Garchomp

this one is in cause i didnt know what else to add yet it has proven to be really useful

Magnezone

flash cannon
thunder wave

this one and forretress are in because of the overused zongs and skarmories with magnezone i take out skarm or zong and then use rapid spin with forretress

If you're going to have something that messes with accuracy (sand attack), you might as well use Double Team. Once you kill the opposing pokemon, sandattack is obviously not in effect; on the other hand, you would still have the DT effects. But accuracy hax moves are generally frowned upon and/or disallowed. Toxic is alright, but many things can shrug it off, whether it be by rest or a cleric. And everyone has Steel on their team, too... Plus, you need an attacking move, in case this thing gets caught on its own. Also, it should have a -SpAtt nature if it's not going to have any attacks...

As lond as he survives those super common EQs while using agility. Life Orb + Flare Blitz recoil = massive damage to self. He can do considerable damage, but I doubt he'd last long.

Sorry, I don't really get what you mean with your description there. Speaking of walling though, this thing gets walled by anything. Most of these know EQ...and Explosion is fun, too. Set up the field with spikes, then explode when they switch in a rapid spinner or something.

Gengar

I'm guessing wide lens gives a major accuracy boosts. 30% I hope, what with 3 base-70 accuracy moves. If that's so, then I like it.

Garchomp
nature: adamant

ability: sand veil
moves:
fire fang
crunch
dragon claw
earthquake

Seems good.

I don't know jack about magnezone, so I'll stfu here...

any suggestions are welcome

No severe overlapping weaknesses, thats good. Every overlapping weakness is covered by another's immunity at least.

Btw, a Blissey with Ice beam (kinda common move for it to have) would singlehandedly own your team. It walls everything except Garchomp, and a CM plus x 4 weakness would down your Garchomp with relative ease. And while Arcanine might be a physical sweeper as well, the recoil damage from a Blissey would be insane. Consider the fact that almost every team has a Blissey...

One more thing: What are the EV spreads of your pokemon?

Umbreon needs Yawn over sand attack and a bold nature. Without yawn your oppenent will just use umbreon to set up.

Arcanine
nature: adamant
item: life orb
ability: intimidate
moves:
agility
crunch
extremespeed
flare blitz
For a sweeper go with a Jollly nature. It's true Life orb will hurt with the recoil. You could try either using your other attacks to inflict damage or just use Arcanine ot take out as many pokemon as he can before fainting.

Forretress
nature: impish
item: leftovers
ability: sturdy
move:
mirror shot
stealth rock
spikes
rapid spin
Explosion over mirror coat. Countering Skarmory works fine but there's a flaw in catching Brozong. Bronzong will use EQ when you switch in to Magenzone who needs to use magnet rise before becoming immune to EQ. Using this requires good prediction on your part.

Gengar
nature: timid
item: wide lens
ability: levitate
moves:
thunder
focus blast
shadow ball
hypnosis

I prefer thunderbolt due to accuracy but this one is up to you. Focus Blast needs to be replace with grass knot so you have something to hit Swampert with.

Garchomp
nature: adamant
item: life orb
ability: sand veil
moves:
fire fang
crunch
dragon claw
earthquake
Swords Dance over fire fang. I would also replace crunch with Stone Edge as it gives you another way to hit Gyarados besides Magnezone.

Magnezone
nature: modest
item: light clay
ability: magnet pull
moves:
light screen
thunder bolt
flash cannon
thunder wave
If you can get HP Ice use that instead of flash cannon. If you can't I would replace flash cannon with magnet rise.

I wouldn't really consider Blissey a threat. Most Blisseys will max defense and HP. If a Blissey uses calm mind while you swords dance with Garchomp she's dead anyways.
