After a losing streak and several test teams, I've finally made a new, decent team.

Armaldo @ Leftovers * Bill Cosby
Battle Armor
EVs: 252 Hp/58 Def/200 SpDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SpAtk)
-Knock Off
-Stealth Rock
-X-Scissor
-Stone Edge

Heh, I love this set. Stealth Rock, Knock'em up, then take out a few Pokes. Loves sandstorm. Bill Cosby is tough as hell to take down w/o super effective hits.

Gardevoir @ Choice Specs * Spaghetti
Trace
EVs: 252 SpAtk/252 Spd/6 SpDef
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
-Shadow Ball
-Energy Ball
-Psychic
-Thunder Bolt

Specsvoir. Fast, too. Trace lets her switch in on Electivre, get Thunder Punched/Bloted, then kills. Expert Belt, maybe...?

Garchomp @ Choice Scarf * Socrates
Sand Veil
EVs: 6 Hp/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpAtk)
-Outrage
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Fire Blast

Standard Scarfchomp. So... Yeah. Outrage eats up eveything, FB slams Skarm.

Lickilicky @ Leftovers * Lickidoom
Own Tempo
EVs: 252 Hp/80 Atk/88 Def/90 SpDef
Careful Nature (+SpDef, -Atk)
-Wish
-Curse
-Gyro Ball
-Frustration

Curse up, Wish, and wall. Takes hits quite well.

Scisor @ Life Orb/Focus Sash * The Pokemon formerlly known as Scisor
Technician
EVs: 252 Atk/6Def/252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SpAtk)
-Quick Attack
-X-Scissor
-Iron Head
-Swords Dance

Sweeper Scisor, and I love him. Quick Attack HURTS. Should I use Focus Sash or Life Orb...?

Claydol @ Leftovers * Sniffles
Levitate
EVs: 252 Hp/126 Def/6 SpAtk/126 SpDef
Modest Nature (+SpAtk, -Atk)
-Charge Beam
-Cosmic Power
-Rest
-Earth Power

Sniffles is a monster if you underestimate him. CP till you're all but inpenetrable, Rest, Charge up, and sweep.

So, what do you think? I might put Ttar in there, seeing as how this team loves sandstorms...

The Armaldo's good: Nice support options with Dual STAB. A very nice choice.
Gardevoir DOES have the sp. Atk to work with choice specs, but there are so many things that do his job better: Alakazam gets better moves, more power, faster, and can Trick his Specs onto walls. Try giving it Will-o-wisp with wide lens: moving in on Elecivire's Thunderpunches/bolts could be fun. You could give it thunderbolt to make a good Gyarados counter since Trace now bounces back Intimidate. You could give it wish for some (better) wish support. Hell, if you want it to sweep, give it Calm Mind and Will-o-Wisp.
Only thing I can say about Garchomp is that 449 speed is a bit excessive: possibly lower it a little bit to boost his defenses. And maybe not use a -sp atk nature so u can deal more damage with fire Blast. And don't use Stone Edge: your better off using Dragon Claw for early game, when you want to know your opponents counters.
Replace Wish with some kind of Fire move, and use Explosion over Frustration.
Possibly add Roost onto the scizor moveset. And use LO, imo
2 Sniffles fighting one another wouldn't be fun: use Ice Beam over Rest or Earth Power.

Expert Belt is a good choice if you want Spaghetti to freely choose attacks.

Garchomp @ Choice Scarf * Socrates
Sand Veil
EVs: 6 Hp/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpAtk)
-Outrage
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge

Any reason why you have Frustration>Return? (Does it hate you?)

Scisor @ Life Orb/Focus Sash * The Pokemon formerlly known as Scisor
Technician
EVs: 252 Atk/6Def/252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SpAtk)
-Quick Attack
-X-Scissor
-Iron Head
-Swords Dance

Sweeper Scisor, and I love him. Quick Attack HURTS. Should I use Focus Sash or Life Orb...?
Go w/Life Orb so Swords Dance+STAB Iron Head+Life Orb=:skull:

Claydol @ Leftovers * Sniffles
Levitate
EVs: 252 Hp/126 Def/6 SpAtk/126 SpDef
Modest Nature (+SpAtk, -Atk)
-Charge Beam

Sniffles is a monster if you underestimate him. CP till you're all but inpenetrable, Rest, Charge up, and sweep.
Sniffles is good.

Nice team you have there. T-Tar could be a good option.
Spread-out weaknesses are good.

he wants to be different so he's using frustration over return (there's really no difference...i mean, it is much harder to make a poke dislike you than to like you)

RATE MY TEAM...(you know the hail one

Pretty decent Physical wall; dual STAB with SR support and Knock Off. I've done a PolishSweeper before and it ***** face O.O

Gardevoir @ Choice Specs * Spaghetti
Trace
EVs: 252 SpAtk/252 Spd/6 SpDef
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
-Shadow Ball
-Energy Ball
-Psychic
-Thunder Bolt

Specsvoir. Fast, too. Trace lets her switch in on Electivire, get Thunder Punched/Bolted, then kills. Expert Belt, maybe?

Expert Belt > Choice Specs on Gardy

Garchomp @ Choice Scarf * Socrates
Sand Veil
EVs: 6 Hp/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpAtk)

-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Fire Blast

Standard Scarfchomp. So... Yeah. Outrage eats up eveything, FB slams Skarm.

Doesn't look bad (even if I dislike Garchump a bit).

Lickilicky @ Leftovers * Lickidoom

Eh...This bugger gets the h*** walled out of it by Steels...Have you tried an Explosion/Power Whip/Hammer Arm/Curse Lickilicky? It rocks face....

Scisor @ Life Orb/Focus Sash * The Pokemon formerlly known as Scisor
Technician
EVs: 252 Atk/6Def/252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SpAtk)
-Quick Attack
-X-Scissor
-Iron Head
-Swords Dance

Sweeper Scisor, and I love him. Quick Attack HURTS. Should I use Focus Sash or Life Orb...?

SDQA hurts is what you mean :p Go with Life Orb. Also use Brick Break instead of Iron Head, or use Metal Claw for TechSTAB.

Claydol @ Leftovers * Sniffles
Levitate
EVs: 252 Hp/126 Def/6 SpAtk/126 SpDef
Modest Nature (+SpAtk, -Atk)
-Charge Beam
-Cosmic Power
-Rest
-Earth Power

Too bad Gliscor stops you cold. Needs more Ice Beam...

So, what do you think? I might put Ttar in there, seeing as how this team loves sandstorms...
Not too bad. T-tar can actually help the team since 2/3 of it is immune to Sandstorm. It also seems that you're team is really physical. Claydol can't do jack to Gliscor, which is an odd match-up...Gardy, unfortunately, has poor Defense and gets pwned by poor prediction. Overall, the team looks nice...

I give it:
An 8/10, and a boot to the head...

-IC3R, out...
