This is my friend's team. He calls it Team Abduction.

Crobat@Leftovers
Jolly/Inner Focus
200 Hp/52 Atk/252 Spd/4 Sp Def
~Pursuit
~Haze
~Hypnosis
~U-Turn
-Haze/leader of his team. Pursuit anything attempting to run away from Hypnosis. Then U-Turn outta there.

Magmortar@Life Orb
Modest/Flame Body
4 Hp/252 Sp Atk/252 Spd
~Thunderbolt
~Flamethrower
~Confuse Ray
~Focus Punch
-Confuses pokes to start, sweeps. Focus punch is for Blisses.

Gengar@Petaya Berry
Modest/Levitate
4 Hp/252 Sp Atk/252 Spd
~Shadow Ball
~Focus Blast
~Substitute
~Energy Ball/Thunderbolt
-Sub to actuvate Petaya, then sweep.

Gyarados@Leftovers
Adamant/Intimidate
252 Atk/252 Spd/4 Sp Def
~Ice Fang
~Dragon Dance
~Waterfall
~Earthquake
-Must an explanation even be necessary? DDance, then sweep. EQ is on there once Electivire is out.

Electivire@Expert Belt
Adamant/Motor Drive
4 Hp/252 Atk/252 Spd
~Thunderpunch
~Ice Punch
~Earthquake
~Cross Chop
-Switch in for Gyara on incoming electric attack. Gets the speed boost for sweeping. He won't use Electivire before Gyara unless necessary.

Umbreon@Leftovers
Bold/Synchronize
252 Hp/128 Def/128 Sp Def
~Mean Look
~Toxic
~Moonlight
~Baton Pass
-Semi-wall/passer. Traps foe, toxicates it, then passes out.

Upon looking at Team Abduction, I think its pretty good. He doesn't have a trap-layer or spinner...but other than that, I think it deserves...
TeryMeter: 7.3/10

What do you guys think?
(Well, the reason I posted this was so he could get advice from some pros. Lol.)

Intresting having haze on Crobat... if it's there to stop sweeps, I suggest Focus Sash.
I believe Pursuit and Hypnosis are illegal on the same set. In that case, use roost over one of them, perferably Pursuit

Magmortar@Life Orb
Modest/Flame Body
4 Hp/252 Sp Atk/252 Spd
~Thunderbolt
~Flamethrower
~Confuse Ray
~Focus Punch
-Confuses pokes to start, sweeps. Focus punch is for Blisses.
Replace Flamethrower with Overheat, Focus Punch with EQ, and Confuse Ray with Mach Punch. If you want to keep Focus Punch, replace Thunderbolt with Sub and use it over Mach Punch, but LO + Sub will kill you without wish support. Move some of those HP and speed EVs into attack: it's not outspeeding much.

Gengar@Petaya Berry
Modest/Levitate
4 Hp/252 Sp Atk/252 Spd
~Shadow Ball
~Focus Blast
~Substitute
~Energy Ball/Thunderbolt
-Sub to actuvate Petaya, then sweep.
Make sure the HP is divisible by four, and I suggest using thunderbolt, unless you fear Swampert THAT much :/

Gyarados@Leftovers
Adamant/Intimidate
252 Atk/252 Spd/4 Sp Def
~Ice Fang
~Dragon Dance
~Waterfall
~Earthquake
-Must an explanation even be necessary? DDance, then sweep. EQ is on there once Electivire is out.
Straightforward and simple, eh? Well, it works, so I won't complain, but maybe put Stone Edge to deal with opposing Gyarados's easier, along with the feared HP Electric Surskit!

Electivire@Expert Belt
Adamant/Motor Drive
4 Hp/252 Atk/252 Spd
~Thunderpunch
~Ice Punch
~Earthquake
~Cross Chop
-Switch in for Gyara on incoming electric attack. Gets the speed boost for sweeping. He won't use Electivire before Gyara unless necessary.
I hate Cross Chop's accuracy: I prescribe Brick Break!

Umbreon@Leftovers
Bold/Synchronize
252 Hp/128 Def/128 Sp Def
~Mean Look
~Toxic
~Moonlight
~Baton Pass
-Semi-wall/passer. Traps foe, toxicates it, then passes out.
I suggest making the defenses even: right now you take physical hits better.

I see CS Heracross causing problems, but a couple of fixes here or there can fix that. A Skarmory with SR can cause problems, too, unless you put it to sleep with Crobat.
