Okay so taking the little advice I got last time and I fixed my team. I added and subtracted a lot of thing from my previous team. I would like some ideas on my threats and weaknesses. So I am hoping for a lot of advice this time.

I am not exactly sure of this move set for a lead. Maybe I should use Roar?

A ghost so obviously it counters rapid spinners and it is also a good SpD Tank with great SpA. And Will-o-Wisp deals great damage.

Defensive Spinner works well with my team. Ice shard is only to hit dragons x4 and it covers up his pitiful speed.

Mostly to compliment my Electivire and get him safe switch ins.

It gets complimented well with gyarados and is a great Mix attacker

Hmm, seeing how Rotom is the only thing on your team that wouldn't really mind taking special hits, I'd personally rather go with the RestTalk set so that your rotom lasts much longer.
That, or going with a bulkier Gyarados set. Having 2 LO sweepers that are both weak to SR = your pokemon dying really fast.

So:

RestTalk Rotom-H (with WoW) + BulkyGyara or just RestTalk Gyara

I only listed the names of sets since your sets mimic Smogon ones, so you can just look them up the sets on that site.
