Okay guys I kinda randomly threw together a team on shoddy when I downloaded it recently. Anyways a few revisions later, and I'm actually doing okay win/loss ratio (not that I'm counting). Here it is.

Genger @ Focus Sash
Nature: Modest
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Satk / 252 Spe / 6 Sdef
Shadow Ball
HP Ice
Focus Blast
Energy Ball

I needed Energy ball because I didn't have another grass attack on the team.

Gliscor @ Leftovers
Nature: Impish
Ability: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 252 Hp / 186 Def / 72 Spe
Earthquake
Aerial Ace
Stealth Rock
Counter

Counter has helped more times than one. Considering dropping stealth rock as I almost never get it off.

Milotic @ Leftovers
Nature: Bold
Ability: Marvel Scale
EVs: 110 Hp / 200 Def / 200 Sdef
Recover
Surf
Ice Beam
Hypnosis

Sponges hits and really helps this team out with sleep.

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Nature: Modest
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 Satk / 252 Spe / 6 Sdef
Air Slash
Aura Sphere
Flamethrower
Roost

Flamethrower to take care of Meta and Skarm. Thoughts about ditching for Ape?

Gallade @ Choice Scarf
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Steadfast
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 Hp
Close Combat
Night Slash
Ice Punch
Psycho Cut

Yeah it's smogons choice band set, but with a scarf this thing is downright deadly. It's already won me several matches.

Metagross @ Choice Band
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 106 Spe / 152 Hp
Earthquake
Explosion
Meteor Mash
Thunderpunch

Standard; thinking about changing the set.

I toyed with the idea of extremespeed on Togekiss because this team could really use a priority attack. Anywho flame me if you want; I know the team sucks. Peace.

For your Pokemon that don't have 252 or 0 EVs in speed, please list notable Pokemon that it outspeeds. Otherwise, we can't tell what purpose those spe EVs serve.

Metagross-
-- Give it Bullet Punch over Meteor Mash or Explosion, since it has a CB.
-- Leftovers could extend longevity. Make sure you max HP EVs if you use it.

Milotic-
-- Max HP EVs, 128 EVs in each defense stat, or max HP, 200 sp.def, 56 def/sp.atk.
-- Mirror Coat could work over Ice Beam, if you want.

Gengar-
-- Fine. Gengar is a beast with any moveset.

Gliscor-
-- Ice Fang over Aerial Ace gets much more coverage. AA is only for Breloom and Heracross, who will most likely switch out after seeing you.
-- SR is helpful, but if you really don't want it, Roost would be helpful.

Gallade-
-- Personally, I don't like Psycho Cut's coverage. Put another elemental punch over it, or Leaf Blade.

Togekiss-
-- You could be really annoying and give it King's Rock to improve flinch rate.
-- If you want to keep Roost and Leftovers, invest some more HP EVs.
-- Nasty Plot could be used over Roost, since you have a sweeping EV spread.

If you do replace Togekiss with mixape, you'll have a bit easier of a time switching in. I like how you have 2 sp.def oriented pokes, 2 def oriented pokes, a balanced defensive poke, and a non defensive Pokemon. Of the oriented pokes, one of each is a better sweeper than the other (i.e. Metagross has better offenses than Gliscor and Gallade is a better sweeper than Togekiss). You have some balance going on, which is nice, but it seems to lack utility. For example:

Your Gliscor sets up SR as your foe switches in Zapdos.
Gliscor can't touch Zapdos with any of his moves, so you are forced to switch.
Gengar has HP (Ice) but is too fragile to be switching in.
Milotic is weak to Thunderbolt and isn't fast enough to hit Zapdos back with Ice Beam.
Togekiss is weak to Thunderbolt also.
Gallade is weak to Drill Peck.
Metagross is sturdy enough to switch in, but his whole moveset is resisted by Zapdos barring Explosion.
This is when you realize that your best counters can't threaten the opponent, and you are left stuck.

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Pressure/Modest
252hp/136spe/20sp.atk/100sp.def
-Thunderbolt
-HP (Ice)
-Roost
-Substitute

This guy would run rampant on your team.
