Gyarados @Wacan Berry
Adamant Nature

Replace Avalanche with either Ice Fang or Taunt

Garchomp @Liechi Berry
Adamant Nature
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 252attk/252spd/spdef

Outrage
Substitute
Earthquake
Rock Slide

idk about Rock Slide. I'd prefer Fire Fang, though.

Weavile @Metronome
Adamant Nature
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252attk/252spd/4def

Night Slash
Ice Punch
Poison Jab
Brick Break

Replace Poison Jab with Swords Dance(Aerial Ace could work, too)

Choice Band would work well for the item, but if you don't like choice items, a Shuca Berry, Expert Belt, or Muscle Band would work. Move some of those SDef EVs into HP to compensate for his lower HP. Moveset looks good.

Gyarados @Wacan Berry
Adamant Nature
Ability: Intimidate
EVs:252attk/124spdef/124def/8spd

Earthquake
WaterFall
D-Dance
Avalanche

No comment on the item since I don't know what it does. Might want to rearrange EVs to get more into HP. Might also want Ice Fang over Avalanche, since after a DD you'll be outspeeding most things.

Garchomp @Liechi Berry
Adamant Nature
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 252attk/252spd/spdef

Outrage
Substitute
Earthquake
Rock Slide

Jolly nature would let you outspeed Timid Porygon-Z and any +speed nature Salamence, but it's up to you. Looks good though.

Weavile @Metronome
Adamant Nature
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252attk/252spd/4def

Night Slash
Ice Punch
Poison Jab
Brick Break

Poison Jab has pretty bad type coverage. Put Aerial Ace over it to take out Heracross, Pursuit to get rid of all the things that you know will switch out of Weavile, or Swords Dance for more power.. Metronome isn't very good, Life Orb or Focus Sash would be better over it.

Espeon @Wise Glasses
Modest Nature
Ability: Syncronise
EVs:252spattk/252spd/4spdef

Psychic
Calm Mind
Trump Card
Shadow Ball

Don't use Trump Card. It won't be stronger than STAB'd Psychic until its down to 1 PP, and you won't be using it often. Could put Baton Pass over it to pass CMs to Glaceon.

Glaceon (hehe I cloned the Eevee)@Bright Powder
Modest Nature
Ability: Snow Cloak
EVs:252spattk/124 spdef/124spd/8def

Ice Beam
Water Pulse
Fake Tears
Shadow Ball

I hate Bright Powder... and Glaceon <_<. Anyway, looks all right to me, but I don't know much about Glaceon, so yeah.

That's my team, rate away.
Looks pretty good overall, hope that helps :)

I assume this isn't your starter, if not it's good. Maybe go ice shard, since you can probly ohko mence with ice shard, and 2hko garchomp?

I really don't know about Togekiss, which is better, Gardevoir or Roserade?
It depends. Gardevoir can be supportive or do damage with Calm Mind boosts. Roserade can also be a bit supportive, but also has good damaging attacks.

Gardevoir has Calm Mind, Will-o-wisp, Wish, Hypnosis, Thunder Wave, Psychic, Thunderbolt, Grass Knot and Hidden Power. Roserade has Leaf Storm, Sludge Bomb, Shadow Ball, Sleep Powder, Energy Ball, Leech Seed and Growth.

Gardevoir can be an Azelf counter and Roserade can be a Breloom counter.

Maxed out the PP too, I'll use Roserade, I just need the TMs Sludge Bomb and Energy Ball
OK, then, for a Choice Specs user, have the 4th move be Hidden Power Fire or Shadow Ball. If you want an annoying move instead, use Leech Seed or Sleep Powder.

I already trained these pokes and given them items.
Darn. That means you can't get Sleep Powder because it needs to be bred. But you can use a Heart Scale to get Leech Seed(because Roselia learns it), or teach it Shadow Ball or HP Fire. Also, please tell me your Roserade's ability is Natural Cure. Make its item be either Choice Specs, Miracle Seed or Leftovers.

Or you could do whatever you want with it.

I already evolved it and it knows shadow ball and extrasensory now, so I just need to get the BP meeded to get Energy Ball and Sludge Bomb
How about giving it some SA and Speed EVs, too? Roserade, with its fraility, shouldn't worry about its defenses. SA and Speed EVs make it a bigger threat.

If you tell me the IVs in Speed and what nature it has, I'll be able to tell you what your Roserade can outspeed with whatever EVs you decide to give it.

wait, those say def? Okay, now I see it, I meant to type spattk.
I don't know what you're puzzled by, but, yeah, Roserade shouldn't worry about it's defenses. Sure, it has 105 SD, and you might be able to switch it into a special attack, especially with it's resistance to Surf, Thunderbolt and Grass Knot. But its Defense is 55 and its HP is 60, so it won't last very long.

Edit: OK, I see your edited post. Yeah, Energy Ball, Sludge Bomb, Extrasensory and Shadow Ball are SA(I use SA for Special Attack). They do a lot of damage because of Roserade's 125 base SA stat.

I just want to say, Roserade counters Breloom because it 4x resists Seed Bomb, 2x resists Mach Punch and Focus Punch(although the latter might do a bit of damage), is immune to Leech Seed, can switch out and heal Spore with Natural Cure, and can KO with Sludge Bomb.

so, I'll guess I'll give defense half of spdefense EVs then.
If I were you, I'd give it 252 in SA, 252 in Spd and the remaining 4 in SD so it soaks up special attacks a little better. This way, you'll have a little less fear when switching in on a predicted Surf, Thunderbolt or Grass Knot.

But, it's your Roserade, so do what you want with it.

i wouldnt put any in speed actually. more pokemon already outrun a base 90 as it is. and if a starmie uses psychic, you are dead anyways. just put 252 in hp cause you wont outrun anything

okay, I just found out that Gastrodon gives 2 HP Evs so, I'll use that, either way I'll just switch to Metagross since it covers most of its weaknesses ooooooor D-D Gyrados can help outrun other pokemon.
