I re-modeled my team now, have a new look. Changes in bold.

Roserade @Choice Specs
Modest
EV's: 252 Sp. Atk/252 Spd/6 Sp. Def
Energy Ball
Shadow Ball
Sludge Bomb
Giga Drain
---Still the same, I'm breeding her with a Victreebell w/Leaf Storm

Salamence @Life Orb
Naive
EV's: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6 HP
Draco Meteor
Dragon Claw
Flamethrower
Earthquake
---No change.

Swampert @Lefties
Hasty
EV's: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6Def
Roar
Stealth Rock
Earthquake
Avalanche
---Working on getting a Hasty Mudkip.

Froslass @Wise Glasses
Timid
EV's: 252 Sp. Atk/252 Spd/6 Def
Ice Beam
Shadow Ball
Water Pulse
Thunderbolt
---Put T-Bolt in the last slot, I'll probably replace Water Pulse w/T-Wave.

Gallade @Focus Band
Adamant
EV's: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6 HP
Close Combat
Swords Dance
Night Slash
Will-o-wisp
---I got lucky after only 2 eggs, I got an Adamant Ralts w/Will-o-wisp. Yay me.

Umbreon @Lefties
Timid
EV's: 252 HP/128 Sp. Def/ 120 Def
Toxic
Moonlight
Mean Look
Dark Pulse
---Took out Psychic for Mean Look.

If you're going to use Gallade, put on some status moves, otherwise, use Medicham. Then, you're Hera weak.

So with help from my previous 2 posts, I now have a full 6 Pokemon on my team. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Roserade @Choice Specs
Modest
EV's: 252 Sp. Atk/252 Spd/6 Sp. Def
Energy Ball
Shadow Ball
Sludge Bomb
Giga Drain
---Basically my leadoff special sweeper. Energy Ball and Sludge Bomb get nice STAB and Shadow Ball deals with Psychic types.

Use Leaf Storm over Energy Ball.

Salamence @Life Orb
Naive
EV's: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6 HP
Draco Meteor
Dragon Claw
Flamethrower
Earthquake
---Pretty much the idea from serebii but I changed Hydro Pump for Earthquake. Flamethrower Steel types that withstands my Dragon attacks, and EQ anything else.

SpecsMence FTW. OK, I guess.

Swampert @Lefties
Hasty
EV's: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6Def
Roar
Stealth Rock
Earthquake
Avalanche
---Stealth Rock/Roar explains itself. Earthquake hits 'most everything, Flying and Grass types meet my Avalanche.

Hasty? Swampert should have something that raises Defense and lowers something else. In this case, your's should lower Special Attack. (Impish)

Froslass @Wise Glasses
Timid
EV's: 252 Sp. Atk/252 Spd/6 Def
Ice Beam
Shadow Ball
Water Pulse
Confuse Ray?
---Another special sweeper, 'nuff said. Don't know what to put in the last attack slot, though...

I'd use Thunderbolt over Shadow Ball and Thunderbolt, Spikes or Thunder Wave over Water Pulse.

Gallade @Focus Band
Jolly
EV's: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6 HP
Close Combat
Swords Dance
Night Slash
Psycho Cut
---Start off by Swords Dancing to boost attack, then Close Combat. Night Slash anything that blocks Close Combat, and Psycho Cut for a simple STAB attack.

If you want a Psychic/Fighting type that sweeps, use ScarfCham. Gallade should have at least one, preferably two, status attacks. Use Will-O-Wisp and/or Hypnosis.

Umbreon @Lefties
Timid
EV's: 252 HP/128 Sp. Def/ 120 Def
Toxic
Moonlight
Psychic
Dark Pulse
---The only "wall" on my team. Toxic foes, then hit with Dark Pulse. Psychic any Fighting types and Moonlight to restore HP.

I guess Timid is OK. I'd use something else over Psychic. Dark Pulse is OK.
Pretty balanced team.

8/10 (Why is it that every team I rate gets an 8/10?) (Remember my motto: No team is perfect)

Until wii meet again,

Fine, I will also go in-depth like Wii4Mii 99...

So with help from my previous 2 posts, I now have a full 6 Pokemon on my team. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Roserade @Choice Specs
Modest
EV's: 252 Sp. Atk/252 Spd/6 Sp. Def
Energy Ball
Shadow Ball
Sludge Bomb
Leaf Storm
---Basically my leadoff special sweeper. Energy Ball and Sludge Bomb get nice STAB and Shadow Ball deals with Psychic types.

Seeing as Roserade is Modest, his/her Leaf Storm would be stronger than Specsmence's Draco Meteor as long as it's not resisted.

Salamence @Life Orb
Naive
EV's: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6 HP
Draco Meteor
Dragon Claw
Flamethrower
Earthquake
---Pretty much the idea from serebii but I changed Hydro Pump for Earthquake. Flamethrower Steel types that withstands my Dragon attacks, and EQ anything else.

Okay... your form of Mixmence looks good...

Swampert @Lefties
Impish
EV's: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6Def
Roar
Stealth Rock
Earthquake
Avalanche
---Stealth Rock/Roar explains itself. Earthquake hits 'most everything, Flying and Grass types meet my Avalanche.

You shouldn't be using Hasty as it raises something this blows at and lowers something it's good for.

Froslass @Wise Glasses
Timid
EV's: 252 Sp. Atk/252 Spd/6 Def
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt
-Shadow Ball/Thunder Wave
-Spikes/Destiny Bond

---Another special sweeper, 'nuff said. Don't know what to put in the last attack slot, though...

Use what I suggest.

Gallade @Focus Band
Jolly
EV's: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6 HP
Close Combat
Swords Dance
Night Slash
Hypnosis/Will-o-wisp
---Start off by Swords Dancing to boost attack, then Close Combat. Night Slash anything that blocks Close Combat, and Psycho Cut for a simple STAB attack.

You could also use Will-o-wisp to cripple most physical sweepers/tanks. Then there's Hypnosis which you don't have to breed for and shuts anything down that doesn't STalk.

Umbreon @Lefties
Timid
EV's: 252 HP/128 Sp. Def/ 120 Def
Toxic
Moonlight
Psychic
Dark Pulse
---The only "wall" on my team. Toxic foes, then hit with Dark Pulse. Psychic any Fighting types and Moonlight to restore HP.

Have a fun time countering your Heracross weakness, or any Dark Pokemon for that matter, with THIS. If you have the patience to, breed for HIdden Power Fighting as that will give you more coverage.
What you seek lies in the quote.

SHOULD BE YOUR LEAD!!!!

Froslass @Life Orb

Ice Beam
Shadow Ball
HP Fighting
Thunder Bolt

Gallade @Choice Band

Close Combat
Leaf Blade
Night Slash
Psycho Cut

Umbreon @Lefties

EV's: 248 HP/108 Sp. Def/ 152 Def
0 IVs in Speed
Mean Look
Baton Pass

Pay special attention to the EVs and Items. That's where I saw the most problems. Look for the bold

ss118, your advice on Gallade was poor. If you want a Choice item on it, use Medicham, and make sure that I don't have to repeat myself.

Specs Roserade with Leafstorm is awesome. Put it over Giga Drain, since she shouldn't be worrying about healing herself.

Salamence @Life Orb
Naive
EV's: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6 HP
Draco Meteor
Dragon Claw
Flamethrower
Earthquake
---Pretty much the idea from serebii but I changed Hydro Pump for Earthquake. Flamethrower Steel types that withstands my Dragon attacks, and EQ anything else.

Don't use +Speed nature on Salamence. Use +Attack/-Def or -SDef.

Swampert @Lefties
Hasty
EV's: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6Def
Roar
Stealth Rock
Earthquake
Avalanche
---Stealth Rock/Roar explains itself. Earthquake hits 'most everything, Flying and Grass types meet my Avalanche.

You're kinda using Swampert wrong, he's a tank, not a sweeper. +Def or Atk/-SpAtk nature. Move all of those Spd EVs into HP.

Froslass @Wise Glasses
Timid
EV's: 252 Sp. Atk/252 Spd/6 Def
Ice Beam
Shadow Ball
Water Pulse
Confuse Ray?
---Another special sweeper, 'nuff said. Don't know what to put in the last attack slot, though...

Thunderbolt for the last spot, maybe? I think s/he learns it.

Gallade @Focus Band
Jolly
EV's: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6 HP
Close Combat
Swords Dance
Night Slash
Psycho Cut
---Start off by Swords Dancing to boost attack, then Close Combat. Night Slash anything that blocks Close Combat, and Psycho Cut for a simple STAB attack.

I'd go Adamant here, the speed boost from Jolly doesn't help him outspeed very much. Also note that the Focus Band is typically banned.

Umbreon @Lefties
Timid
EV's: 252 HP/128 Sp. Def/ 120 Def
Toxic
Moonlight
Psychic
Dark Pulse
---The only "wall" on my team. Toxic foes, then hit with Dark Pulse. Psychic any Fighting types and Moonlight to restore HP.
Umbreon sucks, but if you must use it, give it Mean Look over Psychic for Toxic-trapping.

OK, excuse me for not being perfect about giving Gallade advice ><'
I like Gallade>Medicham as a Choice Bander, though, because he can take some hits, also.
Medicham is better for choice scarf.
