I wouldn't use Blast Burn or Fly...

Use more Speed EVs and HP Ice or Grass over Thunder Wave. Also use Substitute over Crunch.

Mewtwo wants more speed.

Sceptile wants Substitute over Giga Drain.

Heracross wants to be Jolly and also wants more speed.
