The only thing good about Jolly Lucarios is this combo, Focus Sash for Revesal then Bullet Punch the finishing blow. There's a very low chance of Hail so don't worry about that, most leads start off with Subbing Baton Passers, Walls or Pokes with EQ. Bone Rush for subbers, Me First for slower pokes who use EQ, but are weak to it such as Metagross, T-Tar and Rhyperior and Stone Edge for Skarmorys.
