Here's another RMT. I've pulled this random team together. Here's how it goes.

Metagross @Life Orb
Adamant/Clear Body
EV's: 252 ATK/128 HP/120 SPD
-Meteor Mash
-Psychic
-Agility
-Explosion
---Agilty to boost speed for Meta's two STAB attacks. Explosion when necessary.

Kingdra @Lefties
Modest/Swift Swim
EV's: 252 SP. ATK/252 SPD/6 DEF
-Rain Dance
-Dragon Pulse
-Ice Beam
-Surf
---Rain Dance to really boost speed then hit with Surf which gets STAB and 50% bonus from rain. Ice Beam/Dragon Pulse anything else.

Heracross @Choice Band
Adamant
EV's: 252 ATK/252 SPD/6 HP
-Night Slash
-Stone Edge
-Close Combat
-Megahorn
---Physical sweeper. 'Nuff said.

Typhlosion @Focus Sash
Timid
EV's: 252 SP. ATK/252 SPD/6 SP. DEF
-Eruption
-Earthquake
-Sunny Day
-Gyro Ball?
---Sunny Day->Eruption FTW.

Dusknoir @Lefties
Calm
EV's: 252 HP/128 SP. DEF/120 DEF
-Confuse Ray
-Will-o-wisp
-Shadow Sneak
-Protect
---It's a Dusknoir. No explanation needed.

Blissey @Lefties
Impish
EV's: 252 HP/150 SP. DEF/98 DEF
-Softboiled
-Seismic Toss
-Aromatherapy
-Toxic/Thunder Wave
---My special wall/aromatherapist. Softboiled to restore health and cripple opponents with either Toxic or T-Wave.

Give it Zen Headbutt over Psychic.

Kingdra @Lefties
Modest/Swift Swim

-Rain Dance
-Dragon Pulse
-Ice Beam
-Surf
---Rain Dance to really boost speed then hit with Surf which gets STAB and 50% bonus from rain. Ice Beam/Dragon Pulse anything else.

Looks good. Why would you want one Pokemon to thrive in rain itself?

Heracross @Choice Band
Adamant
EV's: 252 ATK/252 SPD/6 HP
-Night Slash
-Stone Edge
-Close Combat
-Megahorn
---Physical sweeper. 'Nuff said.

I'd consider Pursuit over Night Slash.

Typhlosion @Focus Sash
Timid
EV's: 252 SP. ATK/252 SPD/6 SP. DEF
-Eruption
-Earthquake
-Sunny Day
-Gyro Ball?
---Sunny Day->Eruption FTW.

Eruption works best with Choice Scarf. Once again, why have one Pokemon use a weather move just for itself?

Dusknoir @Lefties
Calm
EV's: 252 HP/128 SP. DEF/120 DEF
-Confuse Ray
-Will-o-wisp
-Shadow Sneak
-Protect
---It's a Dusknoir. No explanation needed.

Dusknoir wants Pain Split over Confuse Ray or Protect.

Blissey @Lefties
Impish
EV's: 252 HP/150 SP. DEF/98 DEF
-Softboiled
-Seismic Toss
-Aromatherapy
-Toxic/Thunder Wave

I'd use Thunder Wave. Max out EVs in Defense. Maybe take some from HP.

Go with a physical stab, like zen headbutt.

Kingdra @Lefties

-Ice Beam
-Surf
---Rain Dance to really boost speed then hit with Surf which gets STAB and 50% bonus from rain. Ice Beam/Dragon Pulse anything else.

Ice beam/dragon pulse has terrible type coverage. Replace ice beam with some random hidden power, or maybe even signal beam.

Heracross @Choice Band
Adamant
EV's: 252 ATK/252 SPD/6 HP
-Night Slash
-Stone Edge
-Close Combat
-Megahorn

good

Typhlosion @Focus Sash
Timid

-Eruption
-Earthquake
-Sunny Day
-Gyro Ball?
---Sunny Day->Eruption FTW.

Get rid of earthquake and gyroball. Solarbeam if you're going to be sunny daying anyways, and add focus blast.

Dusknoir @Lefties
Calm
EV's: 252 HP/128 SP. DEF/120 DEF
-Confuse Ray
-Will-o-wisp
-Shadow Sneak
-Protect

I dunno... good supporter, but gets walled by so many things. Maybe replace protect with some kind of elemental punch?

Blissey @Lefties
Impish
EV's: 252 HP/150 SP. DEF/98 DEF
-Softboiled
-Seismic Toss
-Aromatherapy
-Toxic/Thunder Wave

thunder wave over toxic. Otherwise, i would put a lot more into defense, and not worry about special defense as much. Actually, put 252 in defense, because adding more special defense actually won't make that much of a difference.
Overall, not bad. Typing wise, your team is pretty solid, except that you don't have anything that resists electric. Also, you're team is a bit on the slow side, so maybe try choice scarfing your heracross for surprise.

I use an Agiligross. If I may, I suggest this:

Metagross @ Life Orb
Clear Body
Adamant
EVs: 154 HP / 252 Atk / 104 Spd
-Agility
-Meteor Mash
-Earthquake
-Thunderpunch / Explosion

Now, let's walk through this: (I've always wanted to do big explanations like Shiri)

This is your standard Agiligross. You use Agility one to two times, and then you sweep. Agility is why they call it Agiligross. Meteor Mash gets STAB and KOs Tyranitar and Weavile, although the former is pretty much the one that could give you problems. Meteor Mash can also raises your Attack stat2-% of the time, which is quite nice. Don't abuse it, though, as you only have 10 PP to use. Earthquake is, as usual, good, but in this case, hits 3 out of the 4 types that resist Meteor Mash as SE. (Fire, Water, Electric and Steel) The final move is up to you. Thunderpunch hits Waters as well as Skarmory, while Explosion will hurt and it's easy to pull it off because this Metagross will be outspeeding things most of the time anyways.

The move variety is quite nice. Only Shedinja and Rotom resist Steel / Ground / Electric. If you use Explosion, then Gyarados, Zapdos and Skarmory would give you problems. (Unless you explode in the first twos faces)

Life Orb adds a little extra "umph" and allows Metagross to slowly reach low health, allowing to explode without wasting a (near) full-health Metagross.

Now for the EVs spread. 252 Attack is a given, as you're going to be outspeeding anyway and need all the Attack you can get. 104 Speed EVs get you to 404 Speed after an Agility, which let's you outspeed Choice Scarf Heracross. The remaining EVs go into HP for more survivability.

Switching this Metagross is quite easy thanks to it's big Defense, decent Special Defense and HP, and it's resistances. Just switch it in on a Normal, Ice, Rock or Dragon attack. A weakness to Earthquake isn't good, though.

This Metagross' biggest threat is Choice Scarf Garchomp. This Garchomp can outspeed Metagross after an Agility and is packing massive Attack and Earthquake. (Maybe even Fire Blast in hopes of hitting Skarmory harder) If you predict Dragon Claw onto the Pokemon you have out, switch to Metagross. It will survive Dragon Claw and Garchomp will be stuck into using it. While it switches, use Agility, and then you're in sweeping position. Of course, first you have to find out if it's Scarfed or not. May I suggest, when predicting a SE attack on the Pokemon that is out, switch to a Pokemon that can take the predicted hit. The Garchomp will probably switch because of the disadvantageous matchup. If the new Pokemon can't do anything to Metagross, go ahead and switch it in. If the Garchomp stayed in, it probably isn't Scarfed. (Of course, it still could be. Just make sure the Garchomp layer isn't trying to trick you)

Did I do good, Shiri?
