I think he should be a boss.

Why not both, hm? He could easily be a boss in the SE, and after beating him, he could challenge you...it seems like that's what Sakurai's gonna do, but what do I know? If not, I hope Ridley is playable...it would be fun to use him, I think...
Oh, and...use the search function next time...not that you'd need it, considering it's in plain sight, but still...if you can't see it, search it...and get some help with your eyesight...
