Make him a stage boss and people will comlain he's just a big pinata that's annoying to fight.

Make him a playable character and people will complain he's too small/weak/etc. and doesn't stay true to Metroid.

There really is no pleasing people with Ridley either way you go the way I see it. Anyway, I'm with the user above. The thread isn't really needed.

It didn't really end too well, so if you want to discuss questionably sized intellectual purple space dinosaurs, I suggest you go to the social group for him. Just ask one of the Social Forum Moderators there for an invite.
