P PSIDuck That's a bug with the Menu 1 theme in 1.00, it's fixed in 1.01 which I plan to roll out soon. For now, quickly switch to some other song in Sound Test and you'll be fine

I will be posting much more about it as time goes on. Essentially, it is a character mod that makes an attempt to balance characters through extreme buffs and other things. In other words, it's unoriginal but idgaf
