Riachu MOVESET

I was bored at the time and just decided to come up with some ideas for the 3rd evolution of the japanese electric mouse. I think someone already did a thing on Riachu but I couldn't find it so I just created my own.

I think he should be pretty much a clone of Pikachu but with a few differences.

Its hard to tell but the move at the bottem is his standard B and he kind of shoots an electric ball like samus.

His up B would be fast but short.
His down B is not thunder, but dishcharge. He creates somewhat of a shield of electricity that hurts the foe to the touch.
The smash is the best part THUNDER PUNCH!

I suppose it's creative, but what I find more interesting is how many electric rats people can find and want in this game. -_-

There's a topic over Raichu already. Here it is.

I wouldn't mind seeing Raichu as an alternate costume of Pikachu, but taking up a whole spot? No.

i am not familiar with this "riachu" you speak of.

But Raichu was an evolution that noone lied and rarely used. So I doubt it would even make a costume. Pokemon costumes are dumb ideas anyways seeing as how different evolutions have different attacks, stats, size.
