Reverse Pivot Grab Help

How do you execute the reverse pivot grab or boost grab? Is it Forward on control stick down then reverse on control stick Z? Also, how do you time it?

Just do it exactly the same way as you would do a normal reverse grab, except when you're gonna hit Z, hit down on the Cstick at about the exact same time.

How do you do a normal reverse grab? Forward on the control stick then Backwards on the control stick plus Z?

Practice dashing past them then flicking the control stick in the opposite direction. Press z during the turning animation.
