I know peach and jiggs can by themselves and I think maybe link, ROB, tink, and diddy maybe can using items and AGT.

Talk about and post videos of all the RHJs in PM

Mario - can't
Luigi - requires item so you can AGT and a misfire
Peach - requires item to AGT
Bowser - can't
Wario - can't
DK - can't
Diddy - requires item to AGT
