What is a good way to start learning the hit box in Puff's rest in order to get it MOST of the time?

Go into training mode and play around with it in a bunch of scenarios (uair rest, uthrow rest, dthrow rest, dtilt rest, etc) until you feel comfortable with it

I think it's a lot less about learning the hitbox, and much more about placing it correctly. In a lot of cases I find if I miss a rest, it's due to the fact that I was nervous or too excited for it. You can check the hitbox in one of the stickied threads on these boards, but as for landing it consistently, all you have to do is practice it. Use it against opponents in friendlies often and whenever you can. The rest setups come easy once you can control your little ball of pink.
